The Services

Wexco provides a form of out-sourcing service to airlines, which is commonly referred to as General Sales Agency, or Cargo GSA.  A Cargo GSA assumes, on behalf of its airline partners, the role of the airline's cargo department in an agreed territory.  This territory can encompass a number of countries, a single country, a commercial region, or a specific city.

The services provided by a Cargo GSA can be limited by agreement with the airline to particular functions, or they can be all-inclusive. The agreements Wexco has in place with its current partners are generally of an all-inclusive nature. Wexco provides the following :

Network of delivery points and feeder services
 
Handling liaison
Constant liaison with online handling agents to ensure optimum use of available capacity
 
Accounting
Billing and collection of revenues on behalf of airline partners
 
Statistics and Reporting
Regular reports as required of throughput and key accounts
